During these difficult and unprecedented times, we remain committed to playing our part in supporting the NHS and the UK's food supply chains.
We remain open for business and deliveries of parts to support key workers and businesses, as well as the population in general, are taking place as normal.
We have adjusted our working practices to ensure we can continue to do our small but vital role keeping in line with government guidelines and social distancing.
Sales, technical and administrative staff are remote working from home and we have a small warehouse team still ensuring orders are processed and promptly dispatched, whilst maintaining social distancing and increased levels of hygiene.
We are incredibly proud of our team and the way everyone has adapted to the constantly changing situation in recent weeks. It is at times like this we get to see what a superb team of people we have.
A few examples of the small but vital part we have played are:
- Supply load restraint straps to BA / IAG which were used to fly 2.5 million face masks and gloves from China (PPE) for the NHS
- Supply parts to several NHS trusts that are used to repair patient lifts on ambulances
- Continue to supply several of the large UK supermarkets with tail lift, shutter door and load restraint parts that ensure their vehicles distributing food around the UK can continue operating
We hope that all of our customers and suppliers remain safe and well. We would like to stress that the health and wellbeing of our staff remains our highest priority and all necessary measures are been taken to safeguard both employees an their families. We continue to monitor and follow government and Public Health England guidance and adjust our working practices as necessary.
